This club is a non-profit organisation which depend on the contribution made by its members every month and it is registered with department of social welfare it keep financial statement up to date and their financial books are done by registerd bookkeeper.
The majority of their members are males and the club has one president who is Mr Essau Tlotleng is been the president for the past 30 years, not forgetting Mr Elias Ngubane who is been the chairperson of the club for the past 25 years. This is a club which believe that everything that they do they should pray before they start any event because they believe that God is always there with them and a man on his own can not do anything without his blessing.
This club is blessed with leaders who can sing and the whole club is like a choir when they are singing, they are actual proposing to form a gospel group because most of the songs that they sing are gospel songs if not all of them. Every time they meet they greet by shaking hands therefore, they believe that as it is their african culture to do that, therefore it will remain been practised in the club.
Thusanang Mens Club have women members who were left by their husband when they died, after the burial of their husbands they are left to decide whether to continue the relationship or to terminate with the club but because most of people likes Thusanang they remain been members of the club but they are not encouraged to attend they are represented and their concern are brought forward by their representative with their monthly contribution.
